What is a really good smudge proof mascara?

I don't wear much mascara and this is the reason: It always ends up smudging or it looks clumpy. I don't even have to be touching my eyes to get it to smudge. What is a really great mascara that has worked for you?What is a really good smudge proof mascara?

The trick is putting it on correctly.


Leaving it enough time to dry before blinking or whatever.


Any good leading brand shall do the trick, cheap stuff tends to be akward though, you move your eye and it's already ran.What is a really good smudge proof mascara?
you can actually get waterproof mascara and it works pretty good. i use jane and revlon products
