try toothpaste and leave it for 10 Min's then wipe away and its gone it works for me it also works for other things like hair dye on the bathroom tiles and other hard surfaces DON'T USE ON SOFT FURNISHINGS EG CLOTHES!! x hope it helps

then use rubbing alcohol.

rub baby oil into the mascara. Let it set a few minute and rub to loosen. Then wash with dish soap and water.
warm water and soap. then wipe it down with a rag
