What is the best mascara at a reasonable price?

L'Oreal Voluminous mascara in Carbon Black!!! I've used this mascara for YEARS. It has a big wand with lots of bristles, and the mascara formula is a little thicker than typical mascara, thus making the lashes appear much, much fuller and longer.





The particular formula I'm referring to is in a grey bottle with a gold screw-on top.





In the U.S., it retails for about $7-$8.

Maybelline, the one in the pink tube. That's the cheapest and I like it. But I also love the Artistry brand and that one is a little more.
i would have to say covergirl lash blast it's more than maybelline but it's alot better and it's really not that expensive.
