Was thinking of trying plum mascara but would it look bad?
I don't know how to apply eyeliner without looking horrible so tips on the would be helpful too!What color eye shadow and mascara looks good with blue eyes?

Blue Mascara
Popular in the eighties and with the punk scene, blue mascara choices vary from electric blue hues to regal turquoise peacock shades. If you have blue eyes, a blue mascara will certainly flatter your peepers.
A great look when wearing blue mascara is to flaunt a tone on tone palette. Draw focus to your blue eyes by wearing blue eye shadow, blue eyeliner and finish with your blue mascara.
Only wear black mascara. Other colors (besides brown) sound cool, but always look really bad, unless you're at a costume party or concert.
For eyeliner, I would go with black. People always say to wear brown, but black ends up looking better. When applying eyeliner, something that took me forever to figure out too, always apply to the top lid first.
STEP ONE: Close the eye you're applying eyeliner too, and place the index finger of the hand not applying the eyeliner on the closed eyelid, towards the inside of the eye. This will stretch the eyelid, allowing you better access to the edge of the lid, closest to the lashes.
STEP TWO: Start applying from the outside and work your way inward.
STEP THREE: apply slowly, and do not press down hard at first. After going over the area where you want the eyeliner, draw a second coat at the outer edge of the lid. Having thicker eyeliner on the outside than towards the middle and inner parts of of the eyelid makes your eyes look bigger and rounder.
STEP FOUR: Time for the bottom lids! Press lightly with the eyeliner on the lower lash line and draw from the outer to the inner part. Eyeliner may sometimes look trashy on blonds if heavily applied to the bottom (I'm blond too!) so make sure you keep the line light.
For eyeshadow, it generally depends on the occasion, but there are a few basic colors I stick to: brown, light tan, and gray. Choosing which color to wear really depends on what you're wearing. I own browns and tans with and without sparkles, as well as blacks/grays, but those are obviously only for the evening. Some plums look good in the evening (never wear it during the day!!!!), but finding the right one for our coloring can be very hard (I found a perfect one for the evening that I posted below). (I included links to the best examples I could find, so I realize the prices aren't really the best, but I do not know your price range. They're just examples so you know what shades to buy)

brown eyeliner looks really nice with blue eyes, it really makes blue eyes pop. I also suggest a black brown mascara. For eye shadow, try light sparkly browns. NEVER go with blue
