What is the best cheap mascara which will give volume and length at the same time?

I searched at the shoppers drug mart in the mall for a good voluminoous lengthening mascara. And can't you imagine, I bought this Maybellene eye definer or something, and it doesn't work. Usually I use revlon or rimmel mascaras but there they didn't have it, so I had to buy maybelline. And to my bad luck the Maybellene one doesn't work.What is the best cheap mascara which will give volume and length at the same time?

Maybelline Last Stylist- The best mascara EVER. It's got a comb applicator so it takes some getting used to but it is amazing. I have no idea why Maybelline released Eye Definer cos its rubbish.
