i have brown eyes and i use 5 different colors of mascara, i have black, black/brown, violet(almay), blue(almay) and clear. i like trying differnt things and from what i've learned it all depends on how intense you want your eyes to pop. the violet (i love) does a low key, attractiveness to my eyes. like they look different but you cant exactly tell how. but black is the most dramatic and my favorite.What color of mascara is the best if you have brown eyes?
I think the best mascara for your eyes is THICK BLACK to enhance your brown eyes.... it is good for fair skin....

These days you can buy any color of contacts, eye shadows, hair coloring and fingernail polishes. Many models have a vibrant use of eye coloring and they don't use just black, why should you? Use your imagination and find something cool; have some options!

Dark black (Onyx or something along the lines) would be best for you. I suggest you use black mascara to make your eyes stand out more than brown-black mascara in my opinion

yes, just black is fine. However, my sister, I just watch her use the white mascara then apply on the black one to make it look thicker.

well, here are my suggestions:
a. as many have suggested, an extremely black mascara. like, the blackest black there is. this is the most natural looking option that will really make eyes ';pop';.
b. clear mascara. yes, it exists. this is a good option if you want the benefits of mascara elongating the eyelashes and thickening them up a bit, but also a soft, natural look.
c. fun colors.. like blue, pink, green, colors like that. these colors will definitely make any color eyes really ';pop'; and are quite interesting to look at. I'd suggest a light version of these colors (baby blue instead of a dark one, for example) for contrast to darker eyes. I've learned that contrast in makeup is important to make features ';pop';.
yes.i think taht you should go with black mascara.the covergirl mascara really works.and it;s not even dry or clumpy like those cheap ones.or if you want to go a little more expensive and prettier you should buy your mascara at mac.that will sure make you eyes pop.an you should also wear a light/fair color of eyeshawdow.and the mascara and the eyeshadow will sure to amke you eyes pop.(=
personally i have hazle eyes and use smokey black mascara and i am always being told i have beautiful eyes!!!!
yeah black mascara and depnding on the shape of your eyes (if they are more almond shaped) then also use brown eyeliner, if not black eyeliner!!

ok. i'm brown eyed and i've tried brown mascara just doesn't work for me. i buy black. makes my eyes stand out more and lashes look longer..
