It is made by CoverGirl. I thought it looked really cool too, but I couldn't find it in the store so I ended up picking out a different one. Then, I went to another store and they had it! It's called Covergirl Exact Eyelights. I use it and it's ahmazing. It doesn't clump, lengthens my lashes, and really does brighten my eyes. You should definetly try it =]
