What is the best mascara to use that doesn't smudge & leave raccoon eyes after a few hours?

I only wear mascara on my top lashes, but still get the smudged circles. Does anyone know of any new mascara's on the market that are smudge proof? I heard Neutrogena Healthy Volume is supposed to be okay but haven't tried yet.What is the best mascara to use that doesn't smudge %26amp; leave raccoon eyes after a few hours?

if you dont want to pay the department store prices you can go to walmart or target and get the almay mascara...that works really well..and it makes your lashes look thicker..if you get the thicking one..
To be honest with you, department store mascara is the best! I have both Estee Lauder and Chanel and I have to scrub to get it off, it's that good!!! You get what you pay for.
i am in love with clinques long %26amp; pretty lashes or something like that. It makes your lashes look naturaly long, but not tacky!
benefit badgal blue is good, havn't tried there black one. but the blue is good cuz it looks natural and makes your eyes big and bright! :)
Try MAC it doesnt smear but the thing is you have to let the shadow dry before doing anything
Clinique's mascara is pretty good.
go to sephora, and get either clinique's or stila.
